Still Alive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Still Alive mobile application (the "App") on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio), is owned by Still Alive, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the App. All rights in the App not expressly granted herein are reserved by Still Alive.
You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in a manner that:

Still Alive may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. These updates may be automatically installed on your device. You consent to automatic update installation. Still Alive may modify or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. STILL ALIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STILL ALIVE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF STILL ALIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IMPORTANT: Still Alive is a safety tool designed to send notifications to your trusted contacts. It is NOT a substitute for professional emergency services. In case of immediate danger or medical emergency, always contact your local emergency services (911 in the US) directly. Still Alive does not guarantee immediate delivery of notifications and should not be relied upon as the sole safety mechanism.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Still Alive may also terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding your use of the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as email providers, SMS services, or cloud storage). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. Still Alive is not responsible for these third-party services or their operations.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Still Alive regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
Still Alive may update this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the App or website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.
